SPOILERS HERE! SPOILERS HERE! Even if the above image is spoilery as all hell by itself, SPOILERS HERE!
I am not. Homura got exactly what she wished for-Madoka is leading a happy, normal life surrounded by her friends, everybody lives and Homura can protect her given that she has the power to rewrite reality and memories on a whim. As a plus, she is the second most powerful being in the universe, has turned the Incubators into a slave race solely dedicated to fulfilling whatever requirements and stipulations she puts forth AND is now in a position where she can finally relax after spending the 10+ years fighting in the series and fighting for however long it was before the Rebellion movie started.
She also seems to deeply regret getting what she wished for by film's end, which could herald an eventual visit to a therapist for some much needed counselling.
So, to me, this is a somewhat logical end-point after fighting for over a decade and come out with nothing to show for it.
As an aside, this is either going to be fixed in the continuation (as in, she redeems herself somehow) or we get a villainous origin story that blows every other one ever out of the bloody water.
Plus, there is a good case to be made that this is, in fact, her very own version of Hell where she's very much aware that she's become Madoka's greatest enemy and, once she returns to being Madokami, there'll be a reckoning. But if there's one thing Homura's good at, it's going through Hell and keeping going.
I am not upset anymore. I am excited. I cannot wait to see what the Time Lady manages to do to either put herself back in Madoka's good books or, well, survive the furious retaliation of every other magical girl (probably even herself if Time Shenanigans happen) plus the Divine form of her probably-ex-best-friend.
Whatever she does to get out of the corner she's painted into, it promises to be good.
So yeah, bring it on.
